The biohort Garden Shed Highline. For all those, who are looking for the best with regard to quality and design – the great product of Biohort conceived by industrial designers. The modern flat roof and the integrated all-around skylight make the garden shed HighLine® a pleasure for one’s eye. The 3-way locking mechanism with a cylinder lock ensures optimum security. The opening and closing of the door works semi-automatically with the help of a gas assisted spring damper.

Basic configuration for the garden shed HighLine: 

Stainless steel door handle: Standard cylinder with 3-way locking mechanism, preventing unwanted entry. The door construction is extremely robust. Door hinge position: DIN right

Gas assisted spring damper: Provides assistance when opening and closing the door. Holds the door firmly in either opened or closed position.

Gutter with integrated leaf trapper: with a connection for a 1 hose

Ventilation slots – ensure adequate air circulation

Acrylic glass fanlight – The integrated acrylic all-round fanlight ensures sufficient daylight is available inside

Preparation for roof insulation – The HighLine® is already prepared for easy installation of XPS-hard foam panels (3 cm) for insulating the roof (XPS-hard foam panels are not included in the delivery)

Shelves / Support Rails – Standard equipment: 2 shelves (depth: 24.5 cm, width: 74 cm) and 2 support rails. Additional shelves with 24.5 cm or 43.5 cm depth and 74 cm width, as well as support rails are available as accessories.

4 Tool hangers: made of hot-dipped galvanized steel plate. Load bearing capacity ca. 10 kg to hang up spades, rakes, garden hoses and other garden tools. Easily installed, simply click into place

Tool holders: These are fitted to the inside of the doors. A maximum of 5 tool holders can be fitted to one door (2 pieces)

Tip: You canadjust and turn around the Highline from size H2 according to your needs and the standard door can be installed into any side wall. From size H4 a lateral installation of the double door is also possible (off-center).

Accessories for the biohort Garden Shed Highline: 

Smartbase Foundation: Perfect for solid surfaces:The Biohort SmartBase Foundation is the ideal foundation for concrete or paved areas. It consists of high-quality aluminium boards, a special foundation frame and height-adjustable feet. So light ground irregularities of up to 4 cm can be compensated.

Aluminium Floor Frame: Gives the Biohort garden shed the necessary stability should you wish to erect it without a foundation on uneven ground (i.e. lawn). Four plastic corners ensure an exact fit by assembly. The ground anchors supplied guarantee safety in stormy weather.

Aluminium Floor Panel: The floor consists of 3-5 high quality aluminium chequer plate panels depending on the size of the shed, incl. connecting rails. To ensure the optimal fitting the aluminium floor frame is necessary. Please note that the aluminium floor plate needs to be supported by a filling underneath or an XPS rigid foam board of 2-3 cm thickness (which is not part of the delivery scope).

Side Roof Garden Shed Highline:

The side canopy is attached to the HighLine^® shed (from size H2 onwards) on the side with the rainwater downpipe – optionally on one or both sides. Thus a covered area with the same/double surface of the building area will be created.
The aluminium stayers are equipped with height-adjustable feet. Rainwater downpipe is included. The roof surface of the side canopy is always metallic quartz grey!

Important! Please note that for the side canopy, the fixation points of the roof stayers are only suitable for a concrete or point foundation.

Side Wall For Side Canopy: Upon your choice a back wall and/or side wall element can be attached to the side canopy of the garden shed HighLine (from size H2 on). They are available in the colours matching the shed.

Extra Door: 

 EXTRA DOOR – To make access to your garden shed possible from two sides, you can install an extra door (with stainless steel door handle) in the side wall. Included in the delivery of the extra door for the garden shed are a 3-way locking mechanism, a gas assisted spring damper, hinges, 2 tool holders as well as the necessary metal fittings for the hinge positions. The door stop can only be fitted on the right-hand side.

Note: the installation of the side door for size H1/P1 is only possible on the longest side!

Further expansion options:

 DOUBLE DOOR – (adds left door wing to the standard door) – order your garden shed with a double instead of a single door. Increases ease of access for storing larger equipment. The second wing is fitted with a twist grip handle and a gas assisted spring damper. The double door can also be fitted into the sidewall of sheds from size H4/P4 onwards.

Additional Charge For Standard Door With Door Stop Left: Optionally you can change the stop of your standard door to left side.

LED Lighting: battery-powered lighting with motion sensor and switch for continuous light; magnetic fixation possible; incl. USB charging cable

Rainwater Downpipe Set: The rainwater downpipe set (2 downpipes) for your Biohort garden sheds drains away rain water from the roof. This helps avoiding washouts of paving slabs and an extreme water accumulation in case of rain around the garden shed. The rain water downpipe for your garden shed consists an outlet elbow (L = 182 cm), which helps controlling the direction of drainage. It is made of hot-dipped galvanized, polyamide coated steel plate. The fixing material is included in the delivery.

Floraboard: Two rails in the colour of the shed are screwed on the outer wall and the flower boxes are hung at any height. Plastic inserts, to make planting easier, are included as standard items. Exterior dimensions (W x D): 82 x 25 cm, height of the stander: 188 cm. 2 floraboards and 2 stands will be supplied. 

Bicycle Holder “Bikemax”: The BikeMax bicycle holder offers a space saving solution for storing bicycles with a max. wheel size of 29 inches in your Biohort metal Garden Shed. The hanging hook is height adjustable in up to 8 different positions and a locking loop is fully integrated in the design.

Bicycle-rack “Bikeholder” (1 piece): At a glance the most important features of the Biohort bicycle-rack “BikeHolder”: Adjustable retaining brackets offer optimal solution for bicycle storage. Baseplate easily fitted into all garden sheds, simply slot into 2 shelf support rails (not included in delivery). A maximum of 3 bicycles per “BikeHolder”. Dimensions: 72 x 15 x 33 cm

Electric Mounting Panel: Discreet, hidden cable routing and easy assembly of switches and sockets (electrical equipment in photo not included).

Folding Table: To guarantee a long life the Biohort Folding Table has been galvanized. Advantages of the Folding Table: practical and space saving, easy to use, made from galvanised steel plate, Folding Table is easily suspended between 2 shelf support rails, Max. load bearing capacity: 30 kg, Size: 69 x 60 cm

Shelf Set: The shelf-set changes your Biohort garden shed or your Biohort Equipment Locker into a small parts storage and is individually positionable. Decide between two different shelf depths. The standard depth is 24.5 cm. For all those, who want to store much more small parts, we created a shelf with a depth of 43.5 cm. The width of the shelf is 72 cm. Furthermore, the shelf-set for the garden shed is hot-dipped galvanized to ensure a long durability. It is easy to install afterwards and withstands a load of up to 15 kg per shelf. The shelf-set includes only the shelves (support rails need to be ordered separately).

Shelf Support Rails 2 Pieces: At a glance: biohort shelf rails: Shelf rails made of slotted profiles into which shelves can easily be slotted. Shelves can be positioned at whichever height is desired. Hot-dipped galvanised to guarantee longevity. Length ca. 185 cm. Contents: 2 rails per package

Hook – Set: Set consists of a combination hook, a handle hook and a shovel hook on a wall rack, for slotting between 2 support rails.

Suspension Basket: Ideal for storing small objects, incl. wall rack for slotting the basket in-between 2 support rails. The support rails are not included in the delivery. The basket is made of black polyester netting.
